Unibelt is the market leader for wire mesh conveyor belts, offering custom solutions for the food industry, automotive and the industrial drying sector. As part of the Steinhaus GmbH group we combine its worldwide network with the highest quality belt solutions. Our belts meet particularly high demands on material, spiral structure and tolerances. 

Years of history, experience, craftsmanship resulting in the production of high-quality wire mesh conveyor belts come together in the factory of Unibelt, located in the small town of Panheel, The Netherlands, near Roermond.

Our diverse team of professionals enables us to deliver and exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and longevity. This starts with understanding the needs of our customers, followed with the purchase of the highest quality of raw materials. About Steinhaus GmbH


Steinhaus GmbH is part of the Stafag International GmbH group of companies with a clear focus on the treatment of mineral bulk materials and on solids/liquids separation in the chemical and food industries. We have around 4,500 employees in over 50 companies throughout the world.

The company was founded in 1922 by Mr. W.H. Steinhaus and is currently owned by the third generation of the Steinhaus family. The policy of controlled, self-financed growth is consistently applied throughout the 100-year history of our firm. It has ensured that today we have a sound financial base as well as an impressive global presence.

Efficient production methods, modern plants & equipment, our own product developments and a high-performing in-house and field sales & marketing team, together with a large number of domestic and foreign affiliated companies, ensure the provision of reliable quality products and proficient specialist support for our customers in over 50 countries across the world.

Steinhaus GmbH

STEINHAUS GmbH has been in business for almost 100 years and are a dynamic, soundly based, medium-sized company with its headquarters in the Ruhr area. We belong to a group of companies active throughout the world with around 3,500 employees in over 50 enterprises. Our delivery program includes screen panels made from steel, rubber and plastic; wire and plastic conveyor belts; OPTIMA welded slotted screens and industrial filter media; MULTOTEC process equipment and LuCoTec air spring systems.

Eurositex

EUROSITEX s.r.o. was established in 1994 with the aim of creating an institution for advising on and distributing screening machines and their accessories. Its emphasis was on Eastern European markets. Since 2002 EUROSITEX has been a member or the STAFAG family and now represents STEINHAUS and Multotec products in the 15 national agencies throughout Eastern Europe. In addition to offering professional advice to our customers, Eurositex provides installation services involving assembly and maintenance of our products.

Multotec

Three years after the invention of the polyurethane screen panel for screening technology, our South African branch, Multotec, was established in 1973 on the basis of the STEINHAUS patent. In recent decades MULTOTEC, with its strong focus on the mining industry, has become the biggest representative of the STAFAG family and, in addition to its successful customer relations in more than 100 countries, has set up production capacities in South America, Australia and Asia. Since 2019 Multotec’s processing equipment, such as gravity separators, centrifugal pumps and cyclones, has also being represented in Europe by our group companies SIEBTECHNIK TEMA, EUROSITEX and STEINHAUS.

Unislot

On the basis of over 30 years’ experience in developing production equipment, UNISLOT® filter tubes are being manufactured in Waregem in Belgium. This is supported by the most progressive technologies, which meet the strictest quality standards and requirements for various different filter systems. As a result, we can confidently say that UNISLOT® is a world leader in its field.

DOH

In the summer of 2018, DOH, now the senior member of our family, celebrated its centenary. This company, which has traded for one hundred years as Drahtwerk Oberndorfer Hütte Peter Weil KG, had its origins in the smelting cabin at Solms-Braunfels, first mentioned in the record books as far back as 1660. Since 2001 STEINHAUS GmbH has been a one hundred percent shareholder of DOH.

Today DOH, as a highly specialised and experienced producer of wire mesh belts, stands for individual and exceptionally durable products with many diverse areas of application. The outstanding strengths of this production site lie in chain-driven belts tailored to special customer requirements, and in its high-temperature range of products.

Siebtechnik Tema

In 1925 W.H. Steinhaus established the distribution company Technical Material, which has since been known in its target markets throughout the world under the name of TEMA. Since the beginning of 2019 the subsidiary companies of TEMA B.V. have been operating under the name SIEBTECHNIK TEMA in order to further emphasise the shared image, which has, in practice, existed for several years already, with our Mülheim-based affiliated company SIEBTECHNIK. So far SIEBTECHNIK TEMA has opened more than a dozen additional sites on several continents, including sales offices, handling warehouses and production plants.

Isenmann GmbH

Isenmann GmbH is an expanding company of the plastic-processing industry from Karlsruhe, Germany with a workforce of approximately 200. They manufacture and globally distribute high-quality industrial screen bottoms from steel, rubber and plastic for the preparation of bulk material in gravel and sand plants, quarries, ore and coal treatment plants as well as sugar factories.

TEMA Process B.V.

TEMA Process is specialized in the design and manufacture of Fluid Bed Systems for a variety of industries. Their expertise extends to drying, cooling, roasting, torrefaction, puffing, blanching, stripping, and the sterilization and pasteurization of spices and herbs. They offer both continuous and batch fluid bed systems, tailored to meet specific industry requirements. These systems are particularly well-suited for handling minerals, chemicals, food, feed, and biomass. TEMA Process’s technology is versatile, supporting industries from pharmaceuticals to food production, ensuring product integrity in batch processes and efficiency in continuous operations. Their fluid beds are customizable, with options like static or dynamic configurations and submerged heat exchangers, showcasing their commitment to innovation and client-specific solutions.

From screening technology to separating technology to conveying technology – Hein Lehmann’s first-class products can be customized and used in such versatile ways that they can be deployed in almost all industries: from the classic field of the stone and earth industry to the food and chemical industries, and from pharmaceuticals to the automotive and plastics industries.
