On May 27th, after 24 years, our beloved colleague Carla left Unibelt for the last time and entered the next phase of life: her well-deserved retirement. 

Carla joined Unibelt shortly after the turn of the millennium through a temp agency. After six months she was hired directly as Unibelt staff. Throughout the years, she worked with great dedication and professionalism as part of our secretarial team. Her responsibilities included handling correspondence and overseeing various logistical matters within Unibelt. She also played a key role in supporting our absence management policy, the Risk Inventory & Evaluation process (RI&E) and health and safety regulations. Her work contributed significantly to maintaining safe and healthy working conditions for all employees.

She also served as the primary contact for our valued customer Fancom, making sure that all related administrative tasks were carried out with accuracy and care. For many years, she was also the driving force behind our staff association, organising memorable city trips, festive dinners and our annual summer barbecue. Whatever she initiated and organised, Carla brought full commitment, warmth and a keen eye for detail of both people and the organisation.

On behalf of everyone at Unibelt, we express our sincere gratitude to Carla for her many years of service. We wish her all the best for a fulfilling and enjoyable retirement.
